American Association of Latinos in STEM (AALSTEM) consists of a group of established technical professionals that is focused on encouraging and supporting the Latino youth in pursuing careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

We are also committed to further developing Latino professionals in an effort to improve their careers and help realize their full potential. We strive to achieve our mission through leadership, mentorship, education, and by providing professional development activities and networking events.

To provide a network of professionals that will support the next generation in the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) through guidance and mentorship in an effort to cultivate & blaze the trail for future generations of Latino professionals. To provide individual professional development and growth opportunities to established Latino owned businesses that provide services in the area of STEM.
